The Immigration Department sits within the Ministry of Home Affairs and Information.

Immigration status covers Barbadian citizenship, permanent resident status, immigrant status, work permits and training attachments, renunciation, student visas, extensions of stay, entry visas for non-nationals, special entry permits and replacement documents.
Where we work
Headquarters is at the BTI Corporate Centre on Princess Alice Highway in Bridgetown. Officers are also stationed at Grantley Adams International Airport, the Bridgetown Port and the Port St. Charles Marina.
