What we have done

Every page works on a phone, uses text that can be resized without breaking the layout, and can be operated with a keyboard alone. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed, and text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.

Known gaps

The downloadable PDF forms are not accessible. They are scans and cannot be read by a screen reader. This is one of the reasons the forms are being rebuilt as online forms — until that work is finished, please contact the department and we will take your application another way.

Telling us about a problem

If you find something you cannot use, contact the department and describe what happened and what you were trying to do. We will reply and tell you what we intend to do about it.
