Citizenship
Spouses of citizens, people of Barbadian descent, Commonwealth and Irish citizens resident here, and long-term residents.
There are five routes. Which one applies decides the form and the documents, but the fees and the general rules are the same throughout.
How to apply
- 1 Identify your route — marriage, descent, registration, section 3(2), or naturalisation.
- 2 Complete the form for that route.
- 3 Have one of your three photographs certified by a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public.
- 4 Pay the $300 fee and submit with originals and photocopies.
- 5 Pay the $1,500 final fee once approved.
