Replacement documents
Anyone whose status document has been lost, stolen or destroyed.
You will need to account for how the document was lost, and provide official evidence of it.
How to apply
- 1 Write a cover letter explaining how, where and when the document was lost.
- 2 Obtain a police report, or a Barbados Fire Service letter if the loss was caused by fire.
- 3 Buy two revenue stamps at $200 each.
- 4 Submit with three photographs, one certified by a Justice of the Peace.
What you need
Bring the original of every document as well as a photocopy.
- Cover letter explaining the circumstances
- Police report
- Letter from the Barbados Fire Service if the document was destroyed by fire
- Two revenue stamps valued at $200 each
- Three passport photographs, one certified by a Justice of the Peace
